  Truly horrible clinic. I have confirmed with Ordre des médecins vétérinaires du Québec that the clinic forces you to pay for treatments that they claim are mandatory by the Order, but they are not. The Technicians that work at this client are arrogant, rude and lazy. When you call to get info for your pet you get spoken to with much rudeness and disrespect. There are horror stories of animal mistreatment at this clinic. I would not recommend to anyone who loves their animal. And if you're an anglophone, you will be mistreated even more.....
  
  You want proof? Just examine the responses from the owner on the other negative google reviews....no apologies just excuses. All they want is your money people! They prey on the goodwill of caring pet lovers to get you to spend more and more money on unecessary treatement. They believe they are so big that they don't have any honor or integrity to follow the code of conduct of the Order of their profession.
